Problem: If a SCIM event adds or removes a user from a group, then the user reconnects and their JWT should reflect the new state. Solution: Add generate_jwt_with_groups, set_user_groups, and clear_user_groups to OidcMockServer for group claim injection in tests. Tests: Add test_oidc_generate_jwt_with_groups and test_oidc_set_user_groups_registry to cover the new API.
